1. No Change of Mind Returns
Collect64 does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason relating to change of mind.
Due to the collectible nature of our products and the importance of packaging integrity, all purchases are considered final once the order is placed.
Please review all product details, quantities, and compatibility carefully before checkout.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, missing components, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible issues include:
Manufacturing defects
Damage during transit
Parts/components missing
Wrong item received
Item not matching the product description

4. How to Submit a Return Request

5. Resolutions Provided
Once the item is assessed and the issue is confirmed, you will receive one of the following:
Replacement product, or
Full refund to your original payment method
Collect64 will not provide refunds or replacements for items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
6. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to:
A full refund
A replacement
Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
For minor issues, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is confirmed to have a defect or damage, Collect64 will cover the return shipping costs.
If the returned product is found to be fully functional and without issue, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or billed to the customer.
8. Packaging Requirements
To ensure safe assessment and transport, please return items in their original packaging (if possible).
Products returned without proper packaging may be subject to assessment delays or damage fees.
